I’m a writer and editor from Arizona who now lives in Denver, Colorado.

 

I’ve spent my career as a technical writer in various industries. One of my main skills is explaining technical information to non-technical audiences. Fun fact! This skill is now obsolete. Thanks, AI. I was laid off in 2025, along with many others, thanks to federal budget cuts. Thanks, DOGE. What will I do next? Who knows! Definitely not me.

I also write short stories, novels, and creative nonfiction.

 

In fiction, I write mostly grounded speculative stories. This means my stories feature anything from ghosts to witches and vampires, but humanity and connection is always at the heart.

 

I’ve written comic book reviews for Multiversity.com and was a volunteer reader for the literary magazine Capsule Stories. I also occasionally write creative non-fiction (personal essays) about my experience living with chronic back pain.
